What turns up when you check the filings across the whole market
Claude can read a filing if you hand it one. It cannot tell you which filing you needed to hand it. Three examples from running this across the ASX:
On 31 July T3D lodged its Appendix 4C. In a footnote: it holds 1,034 shares in Firmus Grid at $145 a share, with language about selling on the secondary market. Six weeks earlier Firmus had pulled a ~$43bn ASX float. Nobody reads the quarterly reports of 2,200 micro-caps one by one.
Announced in September 2025, completed six weeks later at $0.15m, then followed six months after that by another raise at 60x the price. Three separate filings with no shared keywords.
A day after TEA upgraded FY27 guidance, a director lodged a $1.56m notice that secondary sites flagged as a sale. The Appendix 3Y shows it was 1M options exercised at $1.56 (money paid in). Meanwhile a market-wide dollar scan turns up a $20m WiseTech sale and $93m of SKS block trades that never made the weekly digests.
